Three New York City teenagers use the urban environment for their own purposes. Rio, a skateboarder, Ashley, a basketball player, and Alex, a breakdancer, are part of a longstanding New York City tradition that often gets overlooked (or condemned): ordinary kids with limited resources who spend every spare moment playing in ways inspired by the city. Shot in glorious super 8mm by photograher and cinematographer Tobin Yelland.
